• Enrolment is subject to availability

• All sessions must be booked in advance

• Each student is allocated a fixed weekly day and time

• The reserved session time is held whether or not the student attends

• Fees are charged based on the agreed pricing structure

• Payment options may be per session, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, as agreed in advance

• Payments must be made in line with the agreed schedule

• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable

• There are no enrolment or joining fees

• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session will incur a 50% charge

• Sessions cancelled without notice will be charged in full

• This policy applies to both face-to-face and online sessions

• Students are expected to attend sessions on time

• Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for a student to attend or join the session

• If a student does not attend or join within 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show

• No-show sessions are charged in full

• Session end times remain unchanged regardless of late arrival

• Group sessions require a minimum of 2 students

• If group numbers change, session structure or pricing may be reviewed

Missed group sessions are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies

• Learning resources provided during sessions are included in the session fee

• Resources are for student use only and must not be shared or redistributed

• Respectful behaviour is expected from all students

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the session being paused or ended

• Repeated behaviour concerns may lead to discontinuation of services

• Changes to session times are subject to availability

• Elaris Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to scheduling or session delivery with notice

• All personal and academic information is treated as confidential

• Information is used solely for tutoring, communication, and administrative purposes

Elaris Academy reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in cases of repeated non-payment, breaches of these terms, or ongoing behavioural concerns
