Enrolment is subject to availability.

Students will generally be allocated a fixed weekly day and time for their sessions. This time slot is reserved specifically for the student.

All sessions must be booked or confirmed in advance.

The reserved session time will be held whether or not the student attends, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Fees are charged according to the agreed pricing structure communicated at the time of enrolment.

Payment may be arranged per session, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually, as agreed between the academy and the student or parent/guardian.

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed by Elaris Academy.

There are no enrolment or joining fees unless otherwise stated.

If a session is cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Sessions cancelled without notice or where the student does not attend may be charged in full.

This policy applies to both face-to-face and online sessions.

Where Elaris Academy cancels a session, the student will not be charged, and a replacement session may be offered where possible.

• Group sessions require a minimum of 2 students

• If group numbers change, session structure or pricing may be reviewed

Missed group sessions are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies

Students are expected to attend sessions on time.

Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for a student to attend or join the scheduled session.

If a student does not attend or join within 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.

Repeated non-attendance may result in the cancellation of the reserved time slot.

Students participating in online lessons must ensure they have access to a reliable internet connection, suitable device, and required software.

Elaris Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside its control, including internet outages or device failures.

Students are expected to behave respectfully during tutoring sessions.

Elaris Academy reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

Educational materials provided during tutoring sessions remain the intellectual property of Elaris Academy unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for personal educational use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.

Elaris Academy may make reasonable changes to session times or delivery methods where necessary.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

Changes remain subject to tutor availability.

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Elaris Academy where services cannot be delivered.

This policy does not affect any rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Elaris Academy respects the privacy of students and families.

Personal and academic information collected during enrolment or tutoring is treated as confidential and used solely for tutoring, communication, and administrative purposes.

Elaris Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where there is:

• repeated non-payment of fees

• breach of these Terms and Conditions

• ongoing behavioural concerns

To the extent permitted by law, Elaris Academy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in tutoring services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
